Mochaccino Smoothie

 

Get your caffeine fix along with your morning protein intake with this smoothie that's both filling and delicious.

 

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  •  1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, Vanilla

  •  8 oz Cold Brew Coffee

  •  1 medium banana

  •  8 oz Pea Milk, Chocolate or favorite chocolate protein powder with water

  •  1 oz Cacao Nibs

DIRECTIONS

1  In a blender combine milk, coffee, banana, protein, and cacao. Blend on high until well combined and smooth consistency achieved.

2  Pour into a glass and garnish with cacao nibs.

 

 

 

 

 

Almond Butter & Blueberry Smash Smoothie

 

This delicious combination of almond butter and blueberry is creamy and delicious, with added yogurt and almond milk for added flavor. The hint of lemon zest, sea salt and vanilla extract provides a pop of flavor for this antioxidant-rich drink.

 

 

SERVES 3

  •  1 3/4 cups frozen blueberries

  •  1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  •  1/2 cup Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt

  •  1/4 cup Almond Butter, Creamy

  •  

  •  1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

  •  1/4 tsp Sea Salt

  •  1 tbsp lemon juice

  •  1 tsp lemon zest

DIRECTIONS

1 Add the frozen blueberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, almond butter, vanilla extract, sea salt, lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of the lemon zest to a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.

2 Pour into chilled glasses, sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, and serve.

 

 

 

 

Vegan Hint-of-Sweet Avocado Shake

 

A healthier alternative to now Insta-famous avocado toast, this protein, and fiber-rich smoothie is low in carbs but big on taste thanks to its sweet and savory ingredients.

 

 

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  •  2 tbsp Organic Hemp Seed, Raw Shelled

  •  3/4 cup Almond Milk, Original

  •  1 cup Baby Spinach, Fresh

  •  1/2 avocado

  •  1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  •  1/2 tsp Grated lemon zest

  •  2 package stevia

  •  5 Ice Cube

DIRECTIONS

1 Add the hemp seeds, almond milk, spinach, avocado, ice cubes, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and stevia (or another naturally-derived sweetener) to the blender. (Hint: For best results, dice and freeze the 1/2 avocado about 30 minutes before prep.)

2 Cover and puree on high speed until creamy.

3 Pour into a chilled glass and serve.

4 NOTE: Since the size of ice cubes vary, adjust as needed.
