Hello fellow peanut butter cookie lovers!!
I have a recipe for YOU!! (and me---BIG smile on my face)
3 minute prep time. No baking. 10 grams of protein. Vegan friendly. 
1 Cup peanut butter (I used PB2)
2 Scoops vanilla plant-based protein powder
2 T Agave nectar
1/4 Cup almonds
Finely chop the almonds.
Combine all ingredients (but only 1/2 the chopped almonds) and mix until smooth.
Roll into balls, depress with a fork and top with the rest of the almonds.
Freeze 30 minutes and ENJOY!
These are SO yummy and packed with protein for a great workout snack or healthy treat.
